What do we do?

We support anyone looking to enter the construction industry or even up-skill those already working in the construction industry. We are intent on giving back to the community, especially to those who relish the opportunities in getting a second chance in life to help them ALL including the disadvantaged and Ex-Offenders into sustainable long-term employment. Also, we work closely with Ex-military organisations to give them the help and support they need. We firmly believe in motivating and enticing young people to aspire them to work with-in the construction industry.

We are a passionate training facility designed to give a unique ‘real life’ experience in the construction industry with a focus on those who live and work in and around the Essex area. We will utilise our facility as a full-service for both on and off-site training to ensure a high-quality learner experience.
